F+L Home is an interior design studio and home destination in Middletown, Delaware, specializing in approachable, elevated design and decor that makes a beautiful home feel attainable.
Founded by Amber Shader, the creative entrepreneur behind F+L Boutique, F+L Home focuses on mini renovations, no-demo transformations, and elevated “look for less” interiors—thoughtfully reimagining existing spaces through color, texture, lighting, furnishings, wallpaper, textiles, and timeless details. Our approach is rooted in creating homes that are beautiful, functional, personal, and designed to be lived in. We bridge the gap between DIY homeowner design and traditional high-end, full-service interior design, offering a more approachable and thoughtful way to create a beautiful home without the need to gut and completely renovate it.
Rather than starting from scratch, F+L Home believes great design often comes from seeing what’s already there differently. We combine thoughtful sourcing with practical design solutions, helping clients refresh and elevate their homes without the cost, time, or disruption of a full-scale renovation.
F+L Home is also a brick-and-mortar home boutique, design studio, and sample library, offering a curated collection of home decor, wallpaper, textiles, furnishings, and distinctive gifts. Every piece is selected with the F+L aesthetic in mind—collected, layered, timeless, and never overly matched.

This is where your F+L design plan turns into an F+L design project. We rethink the room without gutting it, focusing your budget on the changes that create the biggest visual impact: paint, wallpoper, lighting, furniture, rugs, hardware, art, trim, built-ins, window treatments and styling.
Design fee does not include furnishings, materials, labor, installation or third-party services.

This is for the client who wants us to take the project from first idea to final styling. We’ll create the vision, source the pieces, manage the details and bring the entire space together.
WE CAN HANDLE: Furniture, Rugs, Lighting, Wallpaper, Window treatments, Art, Accessories, Tile, Flooring, Countertops, Hardware, Paint, Space planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor coordination, Installation coordination and Final styling.
Every full-service project is individually quoted based on scope, number of rooms, complexity and timeline.
