WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All items ship from the wonderful first state of Delaware. We include FREE SHIPPING on any purchase $100 or more and free pickup at our shop at 25 W Main Street in historic downtown Middletown, Delaware.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales are final with the exception of items that simply do not fit. We offer a 10 day exchange policy for store credit ONLY. All items must include tags and invoice and be unworn and unwashed. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and we strongly suggest you insure your exchange with a tracking number when shipping back to F+L Boutique. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your exchange and process your store credit. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional return instructions including our return address.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders ship within 24hrs. However, we are a small boutique without a large warehouse to store inventory, so some orders can take 48hrs or longer to ship. If you need something by a certain date, please leave us a note on your order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We can upgrade your shipping from our flat rate $5 shipping to priority shipping for an additional fee to expedite your order. However, we can never guarantee an exact shipping date and we will never process returns if an item is not received by a requested date. Make sure to text SHOPFANDL to 844.465.2228 to get notified of discounts and offers like free shipping. We also offer free pickup and curbside delivery at our shop in Middletown, Delaware.
WHAT OTHER SIZES OR COLORS DO YOU HAVE?
We offer fashionable finds for everyBODY, but certain items are S-L, XL-3x only through our vendors. This means we aren’t able to offer them smaller or larger. Different colors or styles are always listed on our web shop, so check back frequently on firstandlittle.com. If an item is out of stock, you can also request an restock email notification directly on our site.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Most of our items are true to size unless it is noted in the comments "more info about the fit". If you are unsure what size to order please email us at email@example.com with questions or order one size up to be certain.
WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?
Go to the product on shopfandl.com and sign up for the restock alert email. Please note that we search high and low to bring our clients the best of the best. We are often shopping seasons in advance. Our carefully curated shop includes unique finds in extremely limited quantities. If you see something and love it, get it before it’s gone for good.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We post our weekly hours every Sunday for each upcoming week.
WHAT ARE YOUR NEW STORE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES?
You can pop right in the shop like normal during our posted hours as long as the “at full capacity” sign isn’t on the door. When we are at full capacity the sign has a number to text so we know you are waiting to come in and shop. We will text you back with a time to enter. Masks are required and we ask that you kindly use our touch free hand sanitizer station as soon as you enter. If you are trying on clothing or personal items like sunglasses that you do not end up purchasing, we ask that you leave all items in your dressing room so we can steam and sanitize them. We will continue our part to ensure you have a clean, safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR ORDERS PLACED ON SHOPFANDL.COM?
We offer a free in store pickup option during our secure checkout process. All orders $100 or more ship for free or we can arrange for a contactless porch drop off if your are located in the Middletown, Delaware area. All other orders are $5 flat rate shipping. We can also bring your order out curbside if you prefer not to enter the boutique.
I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER. WHEN WILL IT BE READY FOR PICK UP OR WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
We pull and pack all orders within 24hours (often sooner) and ship or have them ready for pick up as soon as they are packed. You will get an automated email with the status of your order and/or tracking number for shipping. All orders ship via USPS. Currently due to Covid-19 there are delays for shipping with USPS, so we advise customers to expect their packages within 5-7 business days. It is out of our control once the tracking number is set up and the package is at USPS. However, if you need assistance researching the status of a package email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I’M HIGH RISK FOR COVID-19 BUT NEED TO SOMEHOW SHOP FOR GIFTS. WHAT CAN I DO?
Since we are a small business you often deal directly with the owner (Amber) or one of our fabulous team of stylists. Since you have a direct relationship with us and not a big box corporate CEO, we can arrange unique shopping experiences outside of our regular hours. We can set up a 1:1 virtual or in person shopping/style session with one of our certified personal shoppers/stylists. We can take payment over the phone and package your items with a handwritten gift card. We can ship them to any address you would like so you never have to leave your home! Our high risk immune compromised clients love this option, and it’s what makes shopping a small business so special. All of these services are also available to other clients and it’s a big time saver.
