  • All items ship from Middletown, Delaware. We include FREE SHIPPING on any purchase $75 or more and free pickup at our shop at 25 W Main Street in historic downtown Middletown, Delaware. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and shipping method.
  • F+L Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

At F+L Boutique, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that items may not always fit as expected. Please review our policy below regarding exchanges and returns:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • All sales are final, with the exception of items that do not fit.
  • We offer a 10-day exchange policy for store credit only.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags and invoice.

Exchange Process

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
  • We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance when returning items to ensure they arrive safely at F+L Boutique.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your returned item and process your store credit.
